4 year old neutered and declawed cat in Stafford, VA

Ralphie is a 4 year old kitty that has been neutered and declawed in the front. He comes with all of his up to date vaccines and papers to go with that. He doesn't like other cats or dogs and is terrified of the vacuum. otherwise, he is a very affectionate and playful cat. He loves to cuddle and play tag or fetch! sadly I'm giving him away because the living arrangements aren't working out for us to have him here.
